I find that a holiday or break gives me energy. A place I have not been to, people I have not yet met, new sounds and smells and new landscapes.
I love to explore and see new places. That gives me joy and energy. Hearing new people, their sounds, their views. Trying new foods, hearing new music. This all gives me a buzz. But ultimately somewhere that is new to me. From glaciers in Iceland to the noise and bustle of New York.
