A long time when I was at school, I tried my hand at lino printing and enjoyed it. I thought it was about time I tried again. I bought a starter kit from Amazon and had a go this weekend. It was a lot harder than I remembered. Lino seems to have been replaced by different materials. Like a plastic. It took a long time to cut the lino into the picture I was after. Printing was fun for my granddaughter. As you can see below, the printing helps show you where you didn’t quite get things right. But fun nevertheless. So if you want a little challenge and do something arty – look at lino printing.
