Being creative is very important to me. It feeds me. I can feel very frustrated if I do not have any creative outlets. I sing with a choir every week. I have been a singer since I was a teenager because I love to sing. This local choir sings choral works which is very new to me. So I am not familiar with many of the pieces and composers and every term is a difficult challenge leading to a full concert.

I have been a member of a writing class for 4 years. This gives me a great deal of pleasure. The group members are very supportive and are a friendly bunch. I have learned so much and still there is more to learn. My pieces of writing have got longer and better over the years. Sadly, I have not yet completed many of my stories but I’m aiming to do so.
Art and photography are both passions of mine. I love to take photos on any trips away. I upload images and write reviews for Google Maps. I like to help others so it is very rewarding to find people like the photos I have taken or the reviews I have written.
In 2026, I will be booking portrait oil painting and also a mixed media art workshop. Looking forward very much to both.
